Korean Red Cross Seoul Chapter opens English General First Aid course,
aiming to educate the most effective way to save his/her valuable life in the case of emergency,
in order to ensure the safe lives for the general citizens.
If you are interested, your participation is greatly welcomed.
1. Course : English General First Aid (12 hours)
2. Period : February 8-9, 2014 (Sat.-Sun.) 10:00~17:00
(12 hours for 2 days)
3. Venue: Main Auditorium (4th floor), Korean Red Cross Seoul
Chapter(523-1 Majang-dong, Seongdong-gu)
4. Target: 10th graders and above.
(High school first graders and above)
5. Number of participants : 15 persons and above
6. Contents of course : Principle of First Aid, Emergency
actions, CPR, How to use an AED, Airway obstruction,
Injury/Fracture treatment, How to transport the patients etc.
7. Certificate : 'General First Aid course certificate in the
name of Korean Red Cross president' to be issued (Terms of
Validity : 2 years)
8. Fee : KRW 40,000 (Credit card payment is not allowed)

¨ç Wangsimni Station (Line No. 2, 5): Exit no. 3, towards
Seongdong-gu office(around 15 mins on foot)
- Transportation: Any bus is allowed at the bus stop located
in front of Seongdong-gu office, stop at the second stop
(Stop announcement: Majang Livestock Products Market, Red Cross)
¨è Yong-du Station (Line no. 2) : Exit No. 4, around 2~3 mins on
foot toward Wangsimni station
¨é Je-gi Station (Line no. 1) : Ext No. 3, around 10 mins on
foot toward Wangsimni station
- Transportation: Get on the bus no. 421 at the opposite side
(close to Exit No. 3) of Kyeong-dong Han-yak(Oriental
medicine) Town, stop at the second stop
(Stop announcement: Majang Livestock Products Market, Red Cross)
¨ê If you ride the Blue bus : 110, 141, 145, 148
If you ride the Green bus : 421, 2015, 2016, 2222

- Please deposit the fee of KRW 40,000 to the account above from
February 3 to 7.
- If you deposit the fee through the internet banking or ATM,
please bring with you the copy of the print.
If you use the bookless deposit at the bank windows,
please bring with you the receipt and your ID card.
- Please register yourself by 09:30(30 minutes before the course
starts) and then attend the course on February 08.
- Parking lot is not available, so you are kindly advised to use
the public transportation.
- You are not allowed to come in, after the course begins.
